Error while updating Site Survey Pages, Site Survey Products subtab (custom object and child custom object.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign-on to application
2. Navigate to Configuration > Application Composer
3. Expand Objects > Custom Objects > Site Survey > Pages
4. Click on the Detail Page Layouts, custom layout
5. Switch to Site Survey Products subtab
6. Click Edit
7. Check options Enable Separate Create Pages and Enable Separate Edit Pages
8. Click the Save and Close button; the error occurs
