Smart View: Data is not Refreshed on a Webform after the Month is Changed (Doc ID 2726215.1)

Symptoms


1.  Open webform from Smart View and hit refresh notice that the data is updated.
2..  Edit the Scenario member's Start Month in the Planning application to update the Month.
5.  Hit Refresh and notice that the cell kept the formula.

The expectation is to see no Excel formulas in cells under the month that has been closed.
