Fusion Global HR: How to End the Pending Transaction of Person Management when the Process is Marked as Completed (Doc ID 2726304.1)

Goal

When employee data cannot be updated through the UI or HDL and error shown is:
"There is pending transaction of person change record." OR HCM Data load error: PER-1532080 -The data cannot be processed because there is a pending transaction for the object Assignment having AssignmentId XXXXXXXX (Doc ID 2606278.1)

In most cases, the pending process can be ended via Tools > Transaction Console.

However, if the transaction as completed in the UI, but still the pending process exists in the database, how the pending process can be ended?

Behavior

1. Check the pending transaction id by following sample SQL.

 2. If the status of above result is PENDING, but when you search with the transaction ID (Advanced Search) and the record is marked as complete, you cannot end the process to solve the pending transaction.
