Symptoms

 User cannot select elections during Open Enrollment or back out the Open Enrollment life event due to the following error:

ORA-20001: The total designated percentages specified for this beneficiary type is less than 100 percent. Details: Adjust the values to ensure that the designated percentage total sums to 100.
