Client Storefront Framework Version is Not Upgraded to the Latest Version After the Environment was Upgraded from 20.2.7 to the Higher Versions. (Doc ID 2726615.1)

Issue Statement

The OCCS Environment's Framework version Upgraded from 20.2.7 to an higher version was completed. However, the Client Storefront Framework version in OCC Admin under Design --> Developer --> Storefront Framework is still showing the older version 20.2.x.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to OCCS-Admin and proceed to the Design Tab after receiving confirmation on the Upgrade from Oracle.
2. Now select the Developers Tab and click on the Storefront Framework option.
3. We can see the Current Version of the Storefront Framework version to be displayed as 20.2.7
