Why Does Replenishment Allow Direct to Store Category for DSD_IND = 'N' Suppliers? (Doc ID 2726634.1)

Goal

When setting up replenishment, the screen is not preventing the user from selecting stock category "Direct to Store" even though the selected supplier is not allowing DSDs (sups.dsd_ind = N). Is this normal?
