Symptoms
Facing performance issues with OTBI Customer listing Report. If the output is beyond 25k records program taking much timing and ultimately program is getting crashed.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to /Shared folders/Financials/Receivables/Billing/Customer Listing Report
2. Click on Open
3. On Customer Contact Information Tab enter 'customer name between' values. Click on Apply
4. Data is not rendered on the screen.
