Essbase Marketplace: Users Migrated from OAC-Essbase are Unable to Login to Essbase (Doc ID 2726913.1)

Symptoms

Users and groups were exported from OAC Essbase UI -> Security > Users tab > Export > and saved as .csv file.  Used the exported .csv file to imported the user in to Essbase Marketplace.  The imported users are unable to login to Essbase Marketplace.
