Start Time With Range From/To Today Parameter Is Not Working For Workbenches (Doc ID 2727092.1)

Symptoms

The workbench screen is not loading and giving an error in the user log when we use a Start time with Range From/To Today in the "Use In Finder" saved query and associate with it. Finder Based saved query has problem when criteria is Range From/To Today for
a date field.
