Modify Open Tender Does Note Use Updated Shipment Start Time (Doc ID 2727233.1)

Symptoms

Whenever a shipment has its date/time updated, the action 'Modify Open Tender' is executed, so as to propagate such change to the offer tender (TENDER OPEN). Nevertheless, the information of 'Pickup Date' on tender offer is not being updated.

Additionally, the Pickup date is modified when using the Modify Open Tender action for an ordinary Tender.
