Symptoms

Problem Description:

When trying to add a Pending Worker through Manage Job Offers, the Person Type list of values (LOV) under the Employment section is empty -- there are no values to select.

When they create a Pending Worker manually through My Client Groups > Add Pending Worker, there is no issue.
