Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.07.0 version, Financial Project Plan

Unable to Import Project Budget via FBDI with Plan Version Status of Baseline.

ERROR

The plan version status is invalid for this financial plan version.
The valid plan version statuses for forecast versions are Working, Current Working, and Approved.

The valid plan version statuses for budget versions are Working, Current Working, and Baseline.



STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Complete the import project budget fbdi file
2. Generate the csv file
3. Run Load the csv file into interface
4. Run Import budget
