ETC Is Becoming Zero When The Actual Amount Is Logged Against A Specific Month And The Actual Amount (Doc ID 2727672.1)

Goal

On : 11.13.20.07.0 version, Project Forecast

When I click on the "top task number", the period for which the actual amount is applied, the ETC becomes zero and actual amount becomes equal to EAC,
whereas for the remaining (future) months the ETC and EAC are equal and actual amounts are zero. Is this the expected functionality ?
