Cycle Count Sequences was getting duplicated



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Cloud App > Supply Chain Execution > Inventory Management
2. Select count from search LOV > Manage Cycle Count
3. Click on Actions > select Generate Count Sequences
