Define Secondary Ledger Error "A ledger, reporting currency, data access set, or ledger set with this name already exists (GL-781171)" (Doc ID 2727927.1)

On : 11.13.20.07.0 version, Set Up FCR-Define Ledgers

Review and Submit Accounting Configurations ending with error

When submitting "Review and Submit Auto-accounting Configurations" for secondary ledger (SECONDARY LEDGER NAME) getting the below error
"View row with key oracle.jbo.Key[xxxxxxxxxxxxx] is not found in LedgerIterator."

Then deleted the secondary ledger SECONDARY LEDGER NAME from UI
and trying to define it again with same name.
Following error occurs

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. go to Setup and Maintenance
2. Create Secondary Ledger
3. Getting error for newly created secondary ledger when running Review and Submit Accounting Configuration
4. Delete the secondary ledger
5. Try to add new secondary ledger with same name as previously deleted one
6. See the error returned

BUSINESS IMPACT
