Symptoms

"ITEM CLASSIFICATION - STATUS CHANGED" does not capture audit When Item Classification status changes from Approved to Created.

ITEM CLASSIFICATION - STATUS CHANGED

- Item ID: XXX

- Classify the Item

HTS US 01 Classification Created

- Approve the Classification
Master Data > Item Classifications > Actions > Approve Item Classifications.

HTS US 01 Classification Approved OK

- Change the Classification
Master Data > Item Classifications > Edit > Finished

HTS US 0101 Classification Created

- Check the Audit Trail by User
