Symptoms

Problem Description:

External candidate data that was converted from Taleo to Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) candidate profile using HDL are not pulling through to the job submission.

When the candidate goes to apply using their existing email and candidate profile, converted fields such as the following are not being populated:
