Goal

Question
------------
The users have exclusive tax in their business. The requirement is to have exclusive tax calculated at the requisition level. The current situation is as below:

1. The user creates a requisition,  he chooses the applicable tax code at the requisition level. E.g. Amount of 100 dollars. Tax code selected is 10%.

2. The requisition level has two amounts displayed, the  Requisition Amount and  the Approval Amount,  both remain  100 dollars.

3. The purchase order is created and the PO  has the amount of 110 dollars where 10 dollars is tax from the tax code selected from requisition.

Our expectation:

Requisition Approval Amount should show 110 dollars as well.  The tax which is calculated at the purchase order level should also be visible at the requisition level
