Problem Description:

When creating a job requisition or job offer, the search function for the list of values (LOV) in specific fields is not functioning as expected.

• Position: 
• Position Codes exist that start with 00. When performing a search without entering the leading zeroes, the system does not find a match -- the entire position code has to be entered to get the expected position to come up.

• Hiring Manager and Recruiter: 
• When searching for a hiring manager or recruiter, the name can only be found when entering the first name then the last name -- it would not return results if any part of the name was entered.
