Symptoms

Getting below error when try to load uda_item_lov file.
"@0PACKAGE_ERROR@1ORA-01555: snapshot too old: rollback segment number with name "" too small@2CORESVC_ITEM.DC_PROCESS"


Steps To Recreate:
1. Load uda_item_lov file.
2. Note the above error.
