On : 11.13.20.07.0 version, Supply Orchestration
When attempting to cancel Internal Requisition, below error appears.
The selected action can't be completed because a transfer order is being created.
The Transfer Order is stuck in SCO interface with below error:
Transit times were not found between the origin and destination locations.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Login to applications
2.Select procurement> purchase requisitions
3.Select manage requisitions
4.Query for the requisition
5.Open the requisition
6.Select Actions > Cancel requisition
