When attempting to complete a change order workflow that utilizes a rule base auto approval, the following issue occurs.
The change order will become stuck in the approval stage, and not progress automatically.
-- Expected Behaviour
The customer expects that the change order will automatically be approved and move to a completed status based on the auto approval BPM rule that has been configured
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
1. Product Development
2. Create a change order for a change order type that is utilizing a rule base auto approval
3. Add an affected item to the change order and add a redline to the affected item
4. Submit the change order and progress through open to the approval stage.
5. Observe that the change order remains stuck in the approval stage
