Symptoms

On : 19.12.7.0 version, Cloud: P6 Application

XML file import is failing with an error:

ERROR

ResourceObjectId or RoleObjectId must be set when creating ResourceAssignment objects.




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open P6
2. Go to File-Import-follow the XML import Wizzard
3. Error occurs

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot import the XML file
