Wave Template Fails To Replenish Empty Active Location From Reserve When Reserve Is Also a Picking Location (Doc ID 2730168.1)

Symptoms

The goal is for a picking wave to pick in sequence, first from a Reserve location  (RSV_LOC_A) in Full LPN quantities and if partial quantities are required, to pick then from permanent active locations (ACT_LOC_A) in units.

In addition, the requirement is that if the active location has not enough quantity, it can be replenished from Reserve location (from RSV_LOC_A) in Full LPN quantities as part of the same wave.

After completing the setup for the above scenario, when the wave runs, it does not trigger replenishment and the picking is done partially.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Run wave template with replenishment rule for the order.
2. see that the Wave template with replenishment rule does not trigger replenishment for a permanently assigned active location for an item.
