Goal

Question:

 In the change order template, we don't have fields related to the project details.Therefore while changing the open PO, it is allowing to amend the project details in the PO distributions and the change order getting initiated and going for approvals.

Since the project details attributes like the project number, task number, expenditure type and expenditure organization were not part of the purchase change order template, because the purchase change order template does not have the distribution tab.

Hence, it should not allow these fields for the change order process.
