Symptoms

When the Application Performance Monitoring (APM) Agent is stopped (i.e., the monitored Tomcat entity is stopped), the availability is still displayed at 100% on the Infrastructure Monitoring screen in Oracle Management Cloud (OMC).
Is this operation correct in the recognition that it is a specification?
