Oracle ERP callback service failed post GEN 2 Upgrade

After OIC(PAAS) generation 2 upgrade Oracle ERP callback service integration starting failing due to an Authentication issue. Before the upgrade it was working as expected.

Error Detail: oracle.cloud.connector.api.CloudInvocationException: oracle.cloud.connector.api.RemoteApplicationException: CASDK-0033: Received a SOAP fault while invoking endpoint target: https://xxxxx-xxxx.fa.us6.oraclecloud.com:443/fscmService/ServiceCatalogService. This indicates a processing exception on the service endpoint side. Please check service side logs to further diagnose the problem
