ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Item Extensible attributes when defining Matrix rules are not pulling values from Item extensible Flex fields Vlaueset.

Defined 3 Item extensible Flex fields in PIM and trying to pull these into Price Term Adjustment Matrix Rule. When trying to populate these fields in Discount list Matrix Rules, the LOVs do not show up.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When adding Discount Rules using the Item UDA, Expect to see the LOV attached to this column to display values.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an Attribute Group, Add Attributes, Attach them to Pages and Add this page to the Pricing Functional Area.
2. Add the Item UDA to the Pricing Term Adjustment Matrix Class.
3. Create a Discount Rule using the UDA created and notice that the LOV attached to the UDA is empty.
