On : 11.13.20.07.0 version, Customer Billing (Transactions)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When printing transactions with attachments, the output is not showing the attachment.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Attachments should show in the output.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator>Tools>Scheduled Processes
2. Print Receivables Transactions

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot print transactions with attachments.
