Field names in Advanced/Basic Search region in Manage Items UI Ignore User Session Language (Doc ID 2731325.1)

When open (N)Product Management > Product Information Management > Tasks > Manage Items, sometimes all field names in Advanced/Basic Search region in Manage Items UI are displayed in a language different from the current session language.
(It seems that the issue occurs about once every two times.)

For example, when a user logged in to PIM Cloud as Japanese Language session then moved to Manage Items UI, field names in Advanced/Basic Search region had displayed as Korean language.
In other cases, when user was logged in as English session, they were displayed in Japanese.
