Symptoms
When attempting to review the approval details for change orders, the following error occurs.
ERROR

ERROR - Action details are not available because the approval process is being prepared. Try again later
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Change Order for a purchase order
2. Submit for approval
3. Observe error
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Due to this issue change orders can´t be approved
