Symptoms

User reports "Error processing XML using FDC.

Steps:

- Trying to process the xml in FDC

- Getting Error:

An error has occurred while importing the fiscal or tax attributes related to the fiscal document. Do the import again or manually enter the information. You must enter valid tax codes that are configured in Oracle Fusion Tax.
