Goal

When does the goal get the HRG_ GOAL_ VERSION_TYPE as Frozen and Mass request?

Lots of goals in the back end table with the status Frozen and Mass request. When does the goal get the HRG_ GOAL_ VERSION_TYPE as Frozen and Mass request?

Can the frozen goals or mass request goals be terminated or do we need to push them to active status via HDL?
