Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.07.0 version, GL Reports & Inquire Screens

When attempting to Open 'Inquire on Detail Balances' UI. It's giving error message.
All other Inquire tasks are opening like Inquire on Journal Lines etc


ERROR
-----------------------
ADFC-10001: cannot instantiate class 'oracle.apps.financials.generalLedger.Inquiry.balances.ui.bean.ESSDetBalancesBean'
JBO-27122: SQL error during statement preparation.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Period Close
2. Task: Inquire on Detail Balances
3. error seen

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access Inquire on Detail Balances.
