Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.10.0 version, Customer Payments (Receipts)

When attempting to POST a receipt batch kept in status "Ready to post"
the following error occurs.

Warning - Could not get profile option value for AR_ALLOW_OVERAPPLICATION_IN_LOCKBOX
The customer site wasn't provided on receipt 1234.AR_CABP_BILL_TO_LOC_MISSING
AR-arcgcu: Error exit.
AR-arcrollback: Rollbacked.
AR-arcrollback: Calling arcubr1...
AR-arcubr1: The batch_applied_status of batch 30000000XYZWY or any batch in transmission id 0 is not IN_PROCESS
AR-ARCABP: Error in arcgcu
