Symptoms
When copying sales orders having unreferenced return lines,
the following error occurs.

Error An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.
Error java.lang.NullPointerException
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a sales order which includes an unreferenced return line
2. Copy this order to create a new one.
3. Observe the error.
