Inconsistencies in Approval Notifications -Claim button


As part of the approval processes there is a fixed approval route based on an application role. This means that the role could be "claimed" by anyone with this role.

When approval notifications are received the options available are different depending on the transaction. For example:

Request a new position - on the top right the option available is claim
Change Assignment - options are available are claim, approve, reject

Please can this inconsistencies be explained.
