Symptoms
On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Capture Transactions-Manage Subledgers
When attempting to Create Accounting for FAH Custom Subledger Application, the following error occurs.
ERROR

The code combination ID -1 isn't a valid account.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Accounting for Subledger Application : XXX
2. Process ending in error
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot successfully run Create Accounting for FAH Custom Subledger Application.
