Unable To Receive Scheduled Reports In Email (Doc ID 2732606.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Users are not able to receive Scheduled Reports in Email.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect that an Email is to be sent whenever a Schedule report is executed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Navigate to Business Process Automation > Reporting > Report Manager
2) Click on schedule for any report Say - Pickup Summary
3) Select the shipments in "Shipment ID"
4) Provide the mail address in "Email Address" and relevant "Subject"
5) Select Excel(.xls)
6) Click on Publish

There is no email sent to the email id given in step 4.
