RPASCE: Measure Analysis Wizard Fails with "CancelWizardException: UnexpectedCellType: An NA cell cannot be converted to a boolean type!" (Doc ID 2732833.1)

Symptoms

When trying to run the Measure Analysis Task, after choosing a label for the task, the following error occurs:

CancelWizardException: UnexpectedCellType: An NA cell cannot be converted to a boolean type!

 

And when subsequently running Patch Domain OAT task, the following error appears in the log:
