Cannot Enable Financial Module Because Of Essbase Error 104213 (Doc ID 2732990.1)

Symptoms

There is a custom Line Item plan type in the application. Trying to enable the Financials module using current COA, not the out-of-the-box accounts and drivers.

However keep receiving the following error: Error code: 1042013, Message: Network error [%s]: Cannot Receive Data.

Switched up a few member names and aliases that were identical between the two plan types (like Yearly Plan), but the Financial Module configuration continues to fail
