Create A Direct Link From Company's Employee Portal To PBCS Using SSO (Doc ID 2733055.1)

Goal

Attempting to add a link to Customer's employee portal to connect directly into PBCS. SSO has been enabled successfully. A user signs into the employee portal with same user name and password as has been established with SSO in identity domain. Once in the employee portal, user clicks on a link to open PBCS. This link always takes them to the PBCS sign in page.

The link should pass credentials and automatically sign the user in. However that does not happen
