Qn1) Customer is using Chrome Extension of Demo Environment And it does not work well.

Could you please tell me how to solve it?

Qn2) I had tried login the following link, https://live.oraclecloud.com/webdemo/?tenant=<tenant name> but I could not access Web Demo.
Please let me know Which ID can I use for access.
