Symptoms

The system was restarted due to storage problems.

After the reboot one iSCSI volume is not available.

Logs show:

Dec  1 15:03:07 <HOSTANME> iscsid: iscsid: Connection5:0 to [target: iqn.2015-12.com.oracleiaas:<IQN_ID>, portal: 169.254.2.4,3260] through [iface: default] is shutdown.
Dec  1 15:03:07 <HOSTANME> iscsiadm: iscsiadm: Could not login to [iface: default, target: iqn.2015-12.com.oracleiaas:<IQN_ID>, portal: 169.254.2.4,3260].
Dec  1 15:03:07 <HOSTANME> iscsiadm: Logging in to [iface: default, target: iqn.2015-12.com.oracleiaas:<IQN_ID>, portal: 169.254.2.4,3260] (multiple)
Dec  1 15:21:44 <HOSTANME> iscsid: iscsid: Connection5:0 to [target: iqn.2015-12.com.oracleiaas:<IQN_ID>, portal: 169.254.2.4,3260] through [iface: default] is shutdown.
Dec  1 15:21:44 <HOSTANME> iscsiadm: iscsiadm: Could not login to [iface: default, target: iqn.2015-12.com.oracleiaas:<IQN_ID>, portal: 169.254.2.4,3260].
Dec  1 15:21:44 <HOSTANME> iscsiadm: Logging in to [iface: default, target: iqn.2015-12.com.oracleiaas:<IQN_ID>, portal: 169.254.2.4,3260] (multiple)
