Symptoms

We are noticing intermittent request timeouts while retrieving documents (retrieveDocumentsList API call) from ESB- Enterprise Service Bus to OCE (Content and Experience Cloud).  This is a back-end service (EBS) that uses API call to connect with OCE to upload and retrieve the document.
