Unable to Delete Of Spoke Relationship via FBDI

Symptoms
When attempting to delete the spoke relationship via FBDI , the following error occurs:
"Only transaction types CREATE,UPDATE,SYNC can be used."
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upload the data file on the content server.
2. From content server, load the file to interface by using the programs (Load Multiple Interface File for Import).
3. Run the Item Import Program with reference to the above file.
