Planning Cloud: Export Data File Link Always Exports The Most Recent Execution (Doc ID 2734283.1)

Symptoms

When viewing and attempting to download results from a previous execution, the download data file link always downloads the results from the most recent execution.   For example, execute a job with one Period, i.e. Jan, then modify the Data Export by changing it to Feb.  Both jobs complete and the number of records reflect the change in members.  However the download file link always downloads the most recent execution, i.e Feb.
