Symptoms

When the user attempt to add the same item (already part of the output) as an input in the Work Order operation, they receive the following error:
The work order product cannot be added as an item to the operations. (WIE-4425152)
The item {item name} cannot be specified as both an input item and an output item in the work order WO-1028. (WIE-4425918)
