PBCS: APS URL For Smart View Does Not Work For Non-Administrators (Doc ID 2734457.1)

Symptoms

Unable to add a private connection from Smart View using the below APS URL.

https://PBCS_Cloud_Server_Name/aps/essbase

The above URL works for administrators but not end users. The end users get the below error in Smart View

"Cannot connect to Essbase Server. Error:Essbase Error(1055126): This user has no application access set. Please contact your system administrator. Do you want to connect with username/password?"
