While Creating New Agent, In Agent Actions - Data Type Association, Action Are Not Showing Any Values (Doc ID 2734602.1)

While Creating new Agent - Say with Agent Type - SHIPMENT

Dropdowns - Data Type Association, Action are not showing any values.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect that Agent Actions should be populated with Values for SHIPMENT Agent Type.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Navigate to Business Process Automation > Agents and Milestones > Automation Agent.
2) Create New Agent - Say - SAB_SHIPMENT_AGENT
3) Select 'Agent Type' - SHIPMENT
4) In 'View/Enter Actions' -> Click 'Add Action'
5) The resultant page is not showing any values in below Dropdowns

But if user Select Agent Type - Say - ORDER RELEASE - the Dropdowns are showing values.
